Qualifying and working first as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand, England and Australia, Nyema went on to qualify as a naturopath and has practiced as a Natural Therapist in Sydney and the Southern Highlands of New South Wales since the early 1990s. Nyema has a genuine and informed interest in public health, publishing a range of articles in national journals since 1998, including Wellbeing magazine. Nyema has presented numerous seminars to colleagues and the public as well as editing practitioner texts and treatment manuals, and coauthoring the popular book, Treat Your Child Yourself – A Parent’s Guide to Drug-Free Solutions for Common Complaints.
